What you can expect from us

We will never combine your meat with another customer’s. All meat is clearly labeled at all times with the customer name, and we guarantee that the meat you receive back came from your animal.

We prioritize safety and quality. We will remove as much silver skin as possible, and produce burger with very little gristle

We process meat as efficiently as possible. Typical turn around times are 1-3 weeks. If you need your meat returned sooner we might be able to accommodate this for a rush fee.

We will deliver the highest yield possible without sacrificing quality. Typical yields on big game are 36-55% of field dressed weight. Yield maybe reduced due to shot placement and improper field care.

Euro mounts and smoked meat products including jerky, snack sticks, and summer sausage may be delayed during peak months. We will freeze your meat, and complete the final processing in late December or early January.

Added fat

We will add pork or beef suet to your liking. We recommend adding 10% fat to your burger.

Sausage bulk

Choose from Italian, Bratwurst, and Breakfast flavors. Bulk sausage is perfect for meatballs or patties. Price includes addition of 10% pork fat and 20% pork shoulder. 10 pound minimum order.

sausage links

$5.00/ pound

Choose from Italian, Bratwurst, and Breakfast flavors. Sausage links are perfect for grilling. Price includes addition of 10% pork fat and 20% pork shoulder. Links will be packaged 4/bag or approximately 1 pound packages. 20 pound minimum order

jerky

$15.00/ pound

Choose from Cherry Chipotle, Teriyaki, and Original flavors. Meat reduces by approximately 45-50% during the smoking process. Price is for dry weight. 10 pound minimum order

Snack sticks/ summer sausage

$17/pound

Choose from several snack stick flavors. Cheese can be added for $2.00/ pound. Price includes addition of 10% pork fat and 20% pork shoulder. 20 pound minimum order

Trim/ grind    deboned meat

$2.75/ pound

We are happy to process your deboned meat during off-peak months. We do not accept bagged meat from mid-September to December

Extra processing Fee

$50-$100

Animals that are excessively dry, damaged, or meat that contains hair or dirt require extra effort to trim out the contaminants. We will inform you upon drop off if this applies

Storage after 3 days

$25/ day

Due to limited storage capacity meat must be picked up with 3 days of the pick-up date. After 3 days we will begin charging the daily storage fee.

Butchering/ Packaging includes 1-2 weeks of dry aging in our cooler, your choice of roasts, steaks and burger, and vacuum sealing. Specialty cuts available for an extra fee.
